Shipping & Delivery

UPS Ground and USPS shipping is free for qualified orders over $100.00*. (See complete details)We make every attempt to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12pm CST will ship in no more than 2 business days from the order date as long as the item is in stock in our warehouse. If you need faster order processing on orders that are in stock you can choose UPS 3 day Select or UPS 2nd Day service. When these shipping methods are used your order will ship the same day as long as your order is placed before 12pm CST.

Unlike Many Web sites you can see the availability of any product by viewing the item's description page. Products that are in stock and ready to ship will show "XX in stock". Otherwise they will show the average number of days before they will ship.

To see the availability of any item make sure you have picked all the options(color, size, ect...). Our system will then tell you how many of the chosen product is in stock or it will let you know if the item is a Special Order item. Special Order products are ordered from the manufacturer(s) and delivery lead times are detirmined by them. Every manufacturer is different and has different policies and lead times. Purchases are made with the more popular manufacturers several times per week, while less popular brands are ordered once per week. Once your order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the Common Carrier service's (UPS, FedEx or USPS) delivery guidelines. When your order ships, the online status will be updated and a tracking number will be provided to you via email so you can track your package(s).

Back-Order delivery & shipping charges

Orders that contain a mixture of "in-stock" and "special order"(delayed) products will be shipped as items become available. This means that the in-stock items will be shipped according to normal processing times and the special order items will be shipped when they become available. Shipping WILL be charged for the special order(delayed) items separately. This includes orders with FREE SHIPPING. You will recieve notification of the back-order shipping charges VIA email. If PayPal was used during checkout you will have a link to your new invoice in the PayPal system.

Privacy & Security

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's IP address, but not the e-mail address. We collect e-mail address of those who purchase from us and from those who opt-in to our e-mail list. The information we collect is used by us to contact consumers for our own marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail to remove@midwestpolicegear.com

Cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart. This helps us keep track of what you have in your cart. If you supply us with your telephone number we will only contact you if we have questions regarding an order you have placed on-line. We do not share your information with anyone. This includes your e-mail address.

Security: We always use industry-standard 256 Bit SSL encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Our Website is available 24-7 for placing orders. All product pricing and shipping charges for online orders are available on the website only. High volume and large quantity orders or quotes can be phoned, faxed or e-mailed using the following contact information.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

PayPal: We are pleased to accept payments through PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments. PayPal enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online, safely and privately, and with no fee. PayPal provides industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us.

Credit Cards: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We use PayPal to process credit cards. You will be directed to the PayPal website to enter your Card Details. You are not required to have a PayPal account to use this feature and it is completely secure.

Pricing: Midwest Police Gear LLC will make every etempt to price match competitors. When you've found the item on our web site that you would like us to price match, click the price match icon and follow the instructions. For your convenience, all of our most current pricing is listed on our web site and updated in real-time.

Sales tax is required for orders shipping into states where we have or may have nexus for state tax purposes under applicable laws. Therefore all orders shipping into Missouri will be charged applicable sales tax of 8.35%.

Viewing Orders

After you have registered and created an account on our web site you will have the ability to view all current, past orders and wishlists. Your order(s) will show all products contained within that order and you will have the ability to reorder any items previously ordered items with just a few mouse clicks.

Updating Account Information

When you are logged in to your account you can click the My Account link near the top of any page and you will be taken to your account dashboard. There you can make adjustments to your billing and shipping information and even add multiple shipping addresses.

Promotion Codes and Discounts

To redeem newsletter exclusive promo codes you must be a subscriber to our newsletter. You can sign up at the bottom of any page on our web site. You will receive your first email within a few days after you become a subscriber. The emails you receive will contain promotion codes. You will have an option to enter a promo code during the check out process.
